I am happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If your order is a pre order or custom order I cannot accept a return other than due to a problem with the yarn itself.
The items need to be returned in their original condition, items that are returned in a used condition (i.e. unravelled or caked up) are not eligible for a refund
Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery at cost to the buyer. Please obtain proof of postage in case a return goes missing.
If there is issue with points above the buyer can contact , the buyer can contact the forbrukerrådet for mediation. Forbrukerrådet is available on phone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
