Goddess of Strife & Discord. Eris only appears in one myth but her role is vital. After being left of the guest list of the wedding between Peleus and Thetis, Eris crashed the wedding party anyway with the gift of a golden apple bearing the inscription “for the fairest” (known as the apple of discord) which she throws towards three goddesses, Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite. Each of them believing they were the fairest and being a stubborn trio an argument ensued which kicked of a chain of events eventually leading to the Trojan War.
For Eris’ colourway I went for a deep red undertone with layers of purples and black for depth.
